We categorise our devices into two distinct classes: 'Standard' and 'Pro'. Each class is tailored to meet the specific needs and roles.

'Standard' devices are designed for general use and are ideal for roles that require reliable performance for everyday tasks. These devices offer a balance of functionality and cost-efficiency.

'Pro' devices, on the other hand, are built for high-performance and specialised tasks. These models include more RAM, faster processors, larger hard disks, and other advanced options to support roles that require superior computing power.

The job families below are only eligible to order 'Standard' models. Any other job family can order any of the available models. More details can be found here (article is not public available!).

Exceptions can be requested in the comment section of the respective notebook request.

♻️ To ensure that we also utilise devices from our pool that are still under warranty, requesters may receive a used performant device in good condition with remaining working life. Of course, we strive to provide our colleagues with devices in the best possible physical condition.
